Introduction to Aṣṭāṅga

If you are new to Aṣṭāṅga Yoga, you can book a course of 6 Introduction to Aṣṭāṅga classes to learn the base of the practice and get prepared for the traditional Mysore classes.

The next Introduction to Aṣṭāṅga classes will take place on the following Tuesday evenings at 6.30 pm:

Śālā and guidelines

Our śālā is located in Anderlecht, Brussels, a 7-minute walk from Gare de l’Ouest / Brussels-West Station. It is easily accessible by public transport (metro lines 1, 2, 5, 6).

In order to guarantee the best classes for everyone, make sure to follow these guidelines.

Please…

– inform the teacher in case of injuries, health issues or pregnancy

– avoid eating at least 3 hours before your practice

– wear comfortable clothing, no jewellery, no perfume

– bring your own yoga mat and carpets and don't forget washing them regularly

– shower before coming to the śālā
